Electrical Manager

Role & responsibilities A) Team & Operation Management Supervise daily tasks of electricians and technicians. Plan and allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion. Provide technical guidance and training to the team. B) Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Prepare and implement monthly/annual maintenance schedules. Ensure preventive maintenance of HT panels, MCCs, UPS, DG sets, transformers, VFDs, HVAC electricals, and lighting systems. Reduce breakdowns through root-cause analysis and corrective actions. C) Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures. D) Project Management Manage small-scale projects and initiatives, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. E) Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. F) Communication & Collaboration Collaborate with other departments, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve common goals and objectives. Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure timely information sharing and feedback. G) Reporting & Analysis Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, maintenance schedules, and project progress. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
