Electrical Foreman - Richards Bay

RPO Recruitment's client is looking for an Electrical Foreman to join their team in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with electrical machinery and installation regulations, lead a team of Artisans, and maintain availability of electrical systems crucial to production.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with electrical machinery and installation regulations

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Artisans, learners, and apprentices

• Maintain availability of electrical systems for sugar, fibre, and electricity production

• Contribute technical expertise to project work

• Manage budgeting and capital processes

• Implement planned maintenance methodology

• Participate in standby duties

• Monitor and maintain Bestime system

Requirements:

• Grade 12, N6 qualification, and Trade Test certified

• 3–5 years post-apprenticeship experience as an electrician in a heavy industry environment

• Proficiency with SAP

• Strong technical skills with leadership, team collaboration, and communication capabilities

• Sound knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practices
