Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA) Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION Leads the implementation of the Project EEHA Execution Plan across all relevant phases. Organizes and facilitates self-verification training programs for contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conducts EEHA Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) with suppliers and subcontractors to clarify deliverables; if missed, ensures guidance is provided during Pre-Production Meetings (PPM). Sets supplier prioritization based on deliverable quantity and criticality to ensure timely coordination and execution of the project. Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines for electrical equipment in hazardous areas. Coordinates with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to EEHA. Develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Provides guidance and support to suppliers and subcontractors as needed. Conducts regular progress monitoring and reporting to ensure timely completion of the project. Ensures that all activities are properly documented and recorded for future reference.
