With a view to continuous expansion and to strengthen our Engineering Department, providing direct support to Construction & Engineering projects, we are selecting a:


ELECTRICAL ENGINEER


Role:

The resource will be integrated into the Engineering team and will independently manage the design and technical supervision of electrical and special systems for complex projects (industrial, commercial, residential). The role requires a complete technical figure, capable of ranging from executive design to operational Site Management, ensuring high energy efficiency solutions and compliance with current regulations. They will be the technical point of reference for Project Managers and will ensure interface with clients and operational sites.


Main activities:

  • Develop preliminary, definitive, and executive design of electrical, special, and safety systems (smoke detection, intrusion detection, access control).
  • Design MV/LV transformer substations and size low and medium voltage distribution networks.
  • Prepare cost estimates, technical specifications, and material purchasing specifications, supporting the purchasing department in the technical evaluation of offers.
  • Conduct technical site surveys, assist with Site Management, and perform functional testing activities on-site.
  • Develop solutions for energy efficiency, including photovoltaic systems and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles (EV).
  • Coordinate lighting design (indoor and outdoor) and design for systems in areas at higher risk of fire.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of BIM methodology for the systems part.


Hierarchical reporting: Head of Engineering.

Internal functional relationships: Engineering Team, Construction Team

External functional relationships: Clients, Suppliers


Hard Skills:

  • Degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering with registration with the Board of Engineers.
  • Previous experience in the design and site management of complex electrical systems (hospital, retail, advanced commercial, or industrial sectors).
  • In-depth knowledge of CEI/UNI technical standards and fire prevention procedures (qualification ex L. 818/84 or specific courses are welcome).
  • Excellent command of design software such as Spac Impianti, CADElet, Integra, E-Plan, and lighting calculation tools.
  • Operational knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM methodology.
  • Competence in preparing cost estimates (using Primus or similar).
  • Good knowledge of the English language.


Soft Skills:

  • Managerial autonomy and technical coordination skills for projects.
  • Strong operational problem-solving skills for resolving site criticalities.
  • Precision, attention to regulatory detail, and a quality orientation.
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Contractual Elements:

  • Work location: Grumello del Monte (BG)
  • Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Contract type: Direct hiring, Permanent. Collaborations under P.IVA (self-employment) are also considered.
  • Remuneration package: To be defined based on the candidate's profile and experience; indicative annual gross salary between €45,000 and €50,000, Welfare, MBO (Management by Objectives), Meal Vouchers.
