Electrical Engineer

Job Title: Electrical Plant Engineer Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Onsite in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua Job Summary We are seeking an experienced engineer with strong hands-on expertise in electrical system design, development, testing, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid analytical skills, particularly in root cause analysis, and the ability to independently debug complex electrical issues. Job Description: Support Electrical Engineering needs across PCBA, devices, and systems; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions; Conduct thorough investigations of electrical system failures and provide recommendations for corrective actions; Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports; Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry; Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and automation; Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks; Familiarity with programming languages like Python or C++; Experience with electrical testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes and multimeters; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
