Junior Electrical Engineer

How you make a difference As Junior Electrical Engineer, you are responsible for guiding and successfully realizing all work activities within sustainable energy projects and battery projects. You focus on the E-package (electrical infrastructure) and are responsible for the first version of the basic design, including meeting customer requirements, network operators' requirements, and traders' requirements. Furthermore, you ensure that projects are carried out according to plan, including planning and execution. In addition, you will be involved in the development of innovative solutions and the implementation of new technologies. You will also work closely with colleagues from other disciplines to achieve project goals. Your tasks include: • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of electrical infrastructure and its applications; • Conducting feasibility studies and developing conceptual designs for sustainable energy projects and battery projects; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and implement new technologies; • Ensuring that project deliverables meet customer, network operator, and trader requirements; • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and standards; • Participating in the development of project plans and schedules; • Coordinating with colleagues to ensure successful project execution. In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with colleagues from other disciplines to achieve project goals and provide excellent customer service. Your ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions will be highly valued. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; • 0-3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the energy sector; • Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure and its applications; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
