Job description
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll help keep our site running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You’ll work across all electrical and instrumentation systems, from HV/LV distribution to automation and control, driving improvements that reduce downtime, lift productivity, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. You’ll also support and upskill operators and maintenance teams, contributing to a strong zero-incident safety culture. In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and oversee installation of electrical and instrumentation systems
- Support and supervise HV/LV maintenance, ensuring full compliance
- Lead electrical projects from planning to completion, managing contractors and consultants
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, CAD drawings, and service standards
- Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability
- Train, coach, and support site personnel to build capability and strengthen safety awareness
