Electrical Draughtsman

Hire Resolve's client, a well-established engineering consultancy specializing in electrical and mechanical systems design across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, is currently seeking a skilled Electrical Draughtsman to join their dynamic team based in Cape Town. Requirements National Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related technical drawing qualification. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an Electrical Draughtsman in the consulting or construction environment. Proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD, is essential. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit design, electrical systems, and electrical safety. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate design concepts to clients. Familiarity with electrical standards and regulations, such as SANS and IEC, is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
