Electrical Controller - Head of Control and Connections Service

Based in the heart of the Jura Arc, our company produces and distributes hydraulic, wind, and solar electrical energy for a population of over residents. Following the upcoming retirement of the current holder, we are seeking an Electrician Controller - Head of the Control and Connections Department. As the Head of the Control and Connections Department, you will be responsible for managing a team of electricians, ensuring the proper functioning of our control systems, and guaranteeing the quality of our connections. Your main tasks will include: • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our control systems; • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards; • Managing a team of electricians and coordinating their work; • Identifying and resolving technical issues related to our control systems; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of our services; • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners; • Participating in the development of new projects and initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience as an electrician or in a similar role; • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and connections; • Excellent leadership and management skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Fluency in French (spoken and written).
