Responsibilities

• Assist elderly individuals with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support mobility and daily living activities, ensuring safety and comfort
• Monitor and document changes in the health and well-being of residents
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
• Help maintain a clean and organized living environment
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to implement care plans and ensure quality service
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills

Requirements

• Prior experience in elderly care or healthcare assistance is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow care plans effectively.
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland and embrace the local culture.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in elderly care are advantageous.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
