Your responsibilities

• Technical coordination of design and construction works related to the implementation of railway infrastructure investments.
• Support for activities related to the coordination of accompanying infrastructure carried out by external entities.
• Cooperation with the Project Manager in the preparation, execution, and supervision of railway infrastructure projects.
• Participation in the preparation of tender documentation and contractor selection processes.
• Coordination and participation in working, technical, and coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
• Verification of technical documentation and information provided by contractors and external entities, including participation in site visits and field inspections.
• Preparation of analyses, technical assessments, and reports on implemented investments.
• Monitoring the progress of design and construction works and supporting the investment reporting and planning process.
• Cooperation with technical and investment teams in coordinating activities related to railway and accompanying infrastructure.
• Participation in the opinion-forming and approval process of design documentation.
• Cooperation with the Company's organizational units and external entities in the scope of tasks performed.
• Execution of other tasks related to ongoing infrastructure projects and the team's current needs.

Our requirements

• Higher technical education.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in implementing investment projects in the railway infrastructure sector (from the investor, designer, or contractor side).
• Experience in designing and/or implementing railway investments and conducting multi-discipline coordination.
• Knowledge of PKP PLK investment processes and the principles of implementing railway projects in Poland.
• Knowledge of construction law, railway law, and administrative procedures.
• Experience in cooperating with public administration and industry institutions.
• Knowledge of issues related to strategic railway infrastructure.
• Ability to analyze technical documentation and identify project risks.
• Building permits for designing and/or managing construction works in the railway engineering specialty regarding railway structures.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office suite and AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.
• Category B driving license and willingness to undertake business trips.
