Sales Process Transformation Expert

Your responsibilities

• Independent analysis of sales processes and those related to the operation of the retail network - identifying inefficiencies, redundant activities, and improvement opportunities.
• Design of new and optimization of existing processes, including in the areas of cooperation with retailers, store operations, and sales support.
• Leading designated areas of transformation projects - from problem identification and solution design to implementation and effect evaluation.
• Analysis of business data and metrics, and preparation of recommendations for changes based on their anticipated impact on process efficiency, costs, and quality.
• Preparation of business and functional requirements, and cooperation with IT and suppliers in the implementation of new solutions, including conducting tests and acceptance procedures.
• Collaboration with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, agreeing on solutions, and enforcing the implementation of adopted arrangements.
• Identifying process automation opportunities and handing over appropriately prepared requirements to the AI/R&D team.
• Monitoring the results of implemented changes, initiating further improvements, and updating process documentation.

Our requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in designing, optimizing, or transforming business processes in the area of sales, retail network operations, or cooperation with retailers.
• You have experience in implementing complex transformation or optimization projects, gained in large organizations, consulting firms, or projects of comparable scale and complexity.
• You were independently responsible for a designated project area – from identifying the problem and designing the solution to its implementation and evaluation of results.
• You have a very good understanding of the specifics of sales processes and can independently identify areas requiring change, rather than just executing pre-prepared assumptions.
• You have successfully implemented process improvements and can present their concrete, measurable business effects.
• You can analyze data, interpret metrics, and justify recommendations with numbers, also taking into account the anticipated consequences of proposed changes.
• You have practical experience in process mapping and improvement, e.g., using BPMN, Swimlane, VSM, SIPOC, or methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and DMAIC.
• You can translate business needs into functional requirements, cooperate with implementation teams and suppliers, and participate in solution testing and acceptance.
• You combine a strategic business perspective with project execution, independence, and consistency in bringing changes to completion.
• You can persuade others to your recommendations, conduct challenging negotiations, and effectively cooperate with stakeholders representing different areas of the organization.
• You have higher education and know English at a level that allows you to use technical documentation.
• You are willing to work in a hybrid model and visit stores and other business locations.

• Experience in transformation projects involving extensive sales networks, particularly retail or franchise.
• Experience in sales process automation, e.g., using LLM language models.

About the project

At Eurocash Group, we are building an End-to-End (E2E) process design team from scratch, aimed at comprehensively improving the way the organization functions – from identifying inefficiencies, through designing changes, to their implementation and measurement of results.

For the Sales area, we are looking for someone who has a very good understanding of processes related to the operation of retail networks, retailer service, and sales development. Someone who can look at the current way of operating, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into concrete business solutions.

We are not just looking for process mapping or implementation of ready-made schemes. We are looking for someone who has experience in transformation projects, can independently design a change, lead it to implementation, and demonstrate its tangible results. You will be responsible for selected areas of sales process transformation, collaborating with business, IT, suppliers, and the new AI/R&D team.
