Your responsibilities will include:
Interpretation of contract terms and their execution
Assessment of the scope and validity of claims submitted by contractors and changes proposed or implemented within the project/projects under execution
Identification of the risk of potential claims from a technical and contractual perspective
Contract monitoring and development of analyses and summaries regarding contract execution
Development of solutions to avoid/minimize/protect the company from claim costs
Conducting correspondence with contractors to ensure the proper progress of contracts executed for the company
Participation in the development and implementation of contract management standards prepared within the Team's work
Requirements
Our requirements:
Master's degree, preferred fields: law, civil engineering, mechanics, or related
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing or settling investment projects combined with specialist knowledge of project management
Experience in the process of managing and evaluating claims
Knowledge of the specifics of construction works contracts, building law regulations
Knowledge of international contract standards and other relevant norms
Ability to set priorities and a high level of commitment to assigned tasks
Fluent command of English
Category B driving license
Ability to analyze data and information
Negotiation skills
Effectiveness in action
Business responsibility
Focus on continuous development
Ability to draw from different perspectives
Nice to have:
Good knowledge of MS Project and Primavera software
