Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interpretation of contract terms and their execution

  • Assessment of the scope and validity of claims submitted by contractors and changes proposed or implemented within the project/projects under execution

  • Identification of the risk of potential claims from a technical and contractual perspective

  • Contract monitoring and development of analyses and summaries regarding contract execution

  • Development of solutions to avoid/minimize/protect the company from claim costs

  • Conducting correspondence with contractors to ensure the proper progress of contracts executed for the company

  • Participation in the development and implementation of contract management standards prepared within the Team's work

Requirements

Our requirements:

  • Master's degree, preferred fields: law, civil engineering, mechanics, or related

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing or settling investment projects combined with specialist knowledge of project management

  • Experience in the process of managing and evaluating claims

  • Knowledge of the specifics of construction works contracts, building law regulations

  • Knowledge of international contract standards and other relevant norms

  • Ability to set priorities and a high level of commitment to assigned tasks

  • Fluent command of English

  • Category B driving license

  • Ability to analyze data and information

  • Negotiation skills

  • Effectiveness in action

  • Business responsibility

  • Focus on continuous development

  • Ability to draw from different perspectives

Nice to have:

  • Good knowledge of MS Project and Primavera software
