ICT DORA KSC NIS2 Compliance Expert

We are looking for a person who has practical experience in implementing and verifying an organization's compliance with regulatory requirements concerning the ICT area. This is a role for a specialist who moves freely at the intersection of legal regulations, cybersecurity, and the IT environment, and can translate formal requirements into concrete organizational actions. Scope of responsibilities: - developing and updating internal regulations, procedures, and documentation related to DORA and KSC/NIS2 requirements, - analyzing the organization's compliance with applicable regulations and identifying areas requiring improvement, - initiating and coordinating corrective actions to eliminate identified non-compliance, - collaborating with IT, cybersecurity, risk, and business teams to develop operation standards compliant with regulations, - supporting processes related to reporting arising from DORA, - preparing reports and presenting the status of ongoing activities, - participating in controls and audits concerning compliance with regulatory requirements. Our requirements: - practical experience in ICT regulatory compliance, - very good knowledge of the DORA regulation and RTS/ITS implementing acts, - knowledge of regulations concerning the National Cybersecurity System (KSC) and the NIS2 directive, - general knowledge of regulations concerning the functioning of the banking or financial sector, - experience in collaborating with IT and cybersecurity teams, - ability to interpret regulations and translate them into practical organizational solutions, - very good work organization and the ability to independently manage assigned topics, - proactive approach and the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, - higher education. Nice to have: - experience in implementation projects related to DORA, KSC, or NIS2, - participation in audits, controls, or compliance projects, - certificates confirming competence in the area of compliance, risk management, cybersecurity, business continuity, or regulatory compliance.
