Your responsibilities

• Preparation of residential investment budgets and analysis and optimization of costs.
• Preparation of estimates based on design documentation, subcontractor offers, and cost indicators.
• Preparation of bills of quantities and analysis of data from BIM models.
• Conducting procurement processes, tenders, and contracting of construction works.
• Negotiating terms of cooperation with contractors and suppliers.
• Participation in the optimization of design and cost solutions.
• Preparation of final settlements and analysis of contractor claims.

Our requirements

• Higher education in Civil Engineering
• Min. 5 years of experience in cost estimating, contracting, procurement, or production preparation.
• Experience in the implementation of above-ground investments, with particular emphasis on residential projects in the popular segment.
• Very good knowledge of the construction process and design documentation.
• Knowledge of the contractor and subcontractor market.
• Experience in commercial and contractual negotiations.
• Ability to analyze costs and seek optimization.
• Knowledge of the BIM environment will be an additional asset.
• Autonomy in action, responsibility for decisions made, and the ability to combine technical, cost, and business perspectives.
