Business Analyst Expert Your responsibilities: Gathering, processing, and modeling data from various sources to prepare it for analysis. Designing, creating, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations concerning customer experience. Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as identifying pain points and areas for optimization. Our requirements: Very good, practical knowledge of SQL. Experience working with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Data Studio). Highly developed analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions from data. Knowledge of Python for data analysis. Experience working with Google Cloud BigQuery (a plus).
