This is not a role for people waiting for events to unfold. At Green Earth, we provide leads. Your mission is to take qualified interest and turn it into long-term investment. You will be the face and voice of our capital markets department, engaging directly with retail investors to secure financing that drives our impact on the environment.

• Active Lead Closing: Managing a steady flow of leads provided by the company. You will be responsible for the full conversion cycle – from contact and education to finalizing transactions with retail investors.
• Multichannel Engagement: Mastering the art of relational sales, including professional phone offers, one-on-one consultations via Zoom, and in-person meetings with key investors (high-ticket).
• Leading and participating in dynamic webinars and live seminars. You will help organize and lead exclusive events that build trust among our community and guide potential clients through the sales funnel.
• Serving as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring investors are kept up-to-date on project milestones and reinvestment opportunities.
• Rigorous tracking of lead progress and sales pipeline to ensure no investment opportunity is missed.

Requirements

• Closer Mentality: Documented experience in selling retail investments, insurance, real estate, or premium products. You know how to effectively close a transaction and ask for capital payment.
• Dynamic Presenter: Comfortable on camera during webinars and able to command an audience during live events.
• Ability to explain ROI indicators, tax benefits, and green investment mechanisms to the average investor.
