Senior Product Executive, Pricing and Revenue Management

Job Description We are looking for professionals from Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields to join the Product, Pricing & Revenue Management team at PETRONAS Lubricants International. Responsibilities and attributions Monitor the performance of categories (sales, margins, inventory and competitiveness), generating reports and analyses for decision-making; Support the development and implementation of portfolio and pricing strategies, considering market conditions and competitor analysis; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners; Provide expert advice on product and revenue management best practices; Identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business results; Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform strategic decisions; Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields); At least 5 years of experience in product management, pricing, revenue management or a related field; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
