Small Business Executive - (Colima, Colima)

Objective of the Position: Drive profitability at the Small Business Center by providing an excellent service to customers in all their requirements for maintenance, post-sales and operational services for products, ensuring customer satisfaction. The Small Business Bank is a fundamental piece for the development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, attending to their needs; offering the best products and services on the market with the aim of guaranteeing a close business relationship for continued growth and stability. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and/or operations, with a strong understanding of the small business sector. He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall performance of the Small Business Center. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service to ensure their loyalty and retention. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. He/She will also be able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
