Job description

Responsibilities

• Promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage the Bank's extensive relationships, systems, and knowledge.


• Serves as the primary operational point of contact for the client, liaising with various internal bank departments to provide personalized service that increases client engagement and achieves primary banking relationships.


• Responsible for the end-to-end process from contracting to operational stabilization of negotiated products:


a. Prepares contracts for Cash Management products after sale by the Cash Management executive, sending them for implementation to the BSC, ensuring quality of the information provided and minimizing rework due to errors.


b. Accompanies the client during product implementation by Business Support and ensures that training was clear for the initiation of product operations.


c. Closely follows up with the client until their operation is stabilized and the negotiated transactionality is achieved.


• Ensures compliance with commitments made to new and existing clients regarding the transactionality of contracted products, as well as the negotiated operational floating, and informs the Cash Management executive of any breaches within their management area for joint renegotiation with the client.


• Advises, promotes, and sells institutional products directly to external clients nationwide, independently and/or in coordination with relationship executives and/or Cash Management executives, upon receipt of the finished product from the product areas.


• Identifies potential opportunities, given the proximity to clients, and informs the Cash Management executive for joint negotiation.


• Determines, together with the Subdirector of Cash Management, an efficient system of client visits/calls to ensure compliance with commitments regarding transactionality and/or operational floating.


• Detects deviations or malfunctions in products or their operational processes to report and provide feedback to the product area for their solution and/or correction.


• Understands the Bank's risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions.


Requirements


Academic Background: Financial or administrative degrees.

Tools: Proficiency in Office suite.

Languages: Intermediate English.

Personal Competencies: Initiative, good presentation, creativity, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Teamwork: Ability for effective collaboration in dynamic environments.

Negotiation and Sales: Competencies in consultative negotiation and sales.

Desirable Experience: Experience in Cash Management, Consumer Banking, or Business Banking, to serve new and existing clients within the assigned portfolio.
