Customer service and sales executive for MOVISTAR

Work Area: MOVISTAR GALERIAS VALLARTA - FRANCISCO MEDINA ASCENCIO 2920

We are looking for a SALES EXECUTIVE for a Movistar customer service center with a profile focused on customer service and sales, with ease of speech and a desire to learn, to join our telecommunications team.

Functions:

- Attend to and advise customers on Movistar products and services.

- Make effective sales, meeting established goals.

- Proactively resolve customer inquiries and issues.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of offers and promotions.

*Requirements:*

-Basic documentation in order.

-Secondary or Baccalaureate completed. (CERTIFICATE)

- Previous experience in sales and customer service for at least 6 months to 1 year.

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Results-oriented and goal-driven.

- Basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services.

*Schedule: Monday to Sunday from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm. DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK
