AMIB F3 Certification is necessary for the position (Recent graduate with AMIB figure)

• Is the first point of contact for clients arriving at the office.
• Performs financial operations that the client needs (like window tellers) but WITHOUT CASH, for example, transfers, cashier's checks, SPEI,
• Is responsible for directing the client to the appropriate Banker, additionally, must apply the protocols (standardized dialogues) for welcoming and bidding farewell to the client, also serves as the first point of telephone contact; when a client calls the office, they must answer the call first and then direct it.
• Supports clients who require clarification requests,
• Aims to refer sales products, such as Credit Cards,
