Senior Executive Agribusiness / Corporate Banking

We are looking for a Senior Executive of Agribusiness / Corporate Banking with a strong commercial focus, responsible for business generation, credit placement, and development of long-term relationships with corporate clients.

We are looking for professionals with experience in corporate banking or agribusiness, preferably who have served clients in the agro-industrial sector or have exposure to this market.

Main Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities for the placement of financial products, mainly credit.
• Administer and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring the profitability and quality of the portfolio.
• Identify potential clients within the agro-industrial, agricultural, livestock, food, and related value chain sectors.
• Structure financial solutions according to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, and Product areas for the adequate evaluation and formalization of operations.
• Meet commercial objectives for placement, engagement, and revenue generation.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with clients and prospects.
• Provide comprehensive follow-up on the commercial cycle, from prospecting to the formalization and administration of the relationship.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Economics, Business, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years in corporate banking, agribusiness, or placement of financial products for companies.
• Proven experience in prospecting, business development, and portfolio management.
• Knowledge in financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements.
• Experience in placing corporate credit or agribusiness credit.
• Desirable experience serving clients in the agro-industrial, agricultural, food, or related activities sector.
• Skills in negotiation, influence, results orientation, and commercial development.
• Focus on business generation and achievement of commercial goals.
