As an Air Operations Executive, your mission is to coordinate logistics activities in air traffic, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction in accordance with the processes established by TIBA.

Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned air services efficiently to meet client needs.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes and company policies.
• Enter and update information in systems to ensure data quality.
• Supervise billing and close files with information integrity.
• Prevent and resolve operational problems.

The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in International Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and coordination of air shipments in Freight Forwarding companies.
• Intermediate English.
• Skills in teamwork, conflict resolution, communication, service orientation, results orientation, and initiative.
