Sales Executive for Interior Design Projects

Job description

At Williams-Sonoma Inc. Mexico, we are looking for an Interior Design Projects Sales Executive to drive the growth of our design services and our brands in markets where we currently do not have a physical store presence.

You will be responsible for generating new commercial opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and converting design projects into sales for Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, West Elm, and Williams Sonoma.


Responsibilities

Actively prospect for new clients

Develop relationships with homeowners, potential buyers, designers, architects, developers, and other key players.

Identify furnishing, renovation, and residential project opportunities.

Participate in events, networking, and demand generation activities.

Design Project Development and Management

Conduct virtual and in-person design consultations.

Understand each client's needs and objectives to develop personalized solutions.

Prepare design proposals and product recommendations.

Coordinate the project from opportunity identification to delivery.

Ensure a premium service experience aligned with our brands' standards.

Loyalty Program and B2B Relationship Development

Identify and recruit new members for the loyalty program.

Build relationships with design, architecture, and real estate development professionals.

Identify commercial opportunities within strategic segments.

Commercial Management

Follow up diligently on opportunities, proposals, and quotes.

Meet sales, project generation, and client development objectives.

Maintain updated information in CRM and internal platforms.

Prepare periodic reports on activity and results.


Requirements:

Reside in Guerrero

Experience in consultative sales, business development, premium client service, design, architecture, real estate, or related industries.

Ability to generate business relationships and develop new opportunities.

Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Genuine interest in interior design, decoration, and lifestyle.

Availability for commercial visits within your territory.


It will be a plus if you have experience in:

Interior design or architecture.

Furniture, decoration, or specialized retail.

Residential real estate.

Business development.

Relationships with mid-to-high and high-level clients.
