B2B Commercial Executive Human Capital Solutions
Are you passionate about business? At Magnitalent, we are expanding our Business Development team and looking for our next commercial star. If you have experience selling services to companies and are motivated to earn based on your own performance, this opportunity is for you. What we offer for you:
Base Salary 14,000 to 18,000 monthly. Gradual adjustment based on your results after 3 months.
Commissions Attractive commission scheme with no cap for each account and service closed.
Benefits Above standard legal benefits from day one.
Schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Enjoy your weekends.
Growth Development plan and job stability in a high-demand industry. Your main challenges:
Connect Prospect and open new B2B corporate accounts by offering comprehensive Human Resources solutions: Recruitment, Staffing, and Payroll Administration.
Negotiate Develop solid relationships with decision-makers: Human Resources, Purchasing, Directors.
Quote Detect companies' talent needs and build winning commercial proposals.
Close Provide punctual follow-up on your sales pipeline until the contract is secured. Who we are looking for:
Education Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience 2 to 4 years in B2B sales. We would love it if you come from the human resources sector, consulting, outsourcing, payroll, or professional services.
Skills Excellent listening, eloquence, enjoyment of consultative selling, CRM management, and total results orientation.
