FX Sales Executive – HERMOSILLO

We are looking for a motivated FX Executive to join the FX Desk within the Markets area. This role aims to support the servicing, advising, and execution of foreign exchange operations for corporate clients, contributing to the strengthening of the bank's positioning in the FX market.

The position is oriented towards profiles in development within financial markets, with an interest in building a career in FX Sales. The focus will be on managing existing relationships, following up with active clients, supporting operation execution, and providing timely solutions.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in financial markets, an interest in the macroeconomic environment, attention to detail, and communication skills. They are expected to interpret market conditions, collaborate closely with other areas, and accompany clients in their day-to-day foreign exchange needs, always under high standards of control, compliance, and risk management.

Main Responsibilities

• Support in the management and servicing of corporate clients in the business segment.
• Execute FX spot, forwards, and basic hedging solutions operations, under supervision.
• Provide follow-up to active clients, ensuring service quality and timely execution.
• Collaborate in the identification of commercial opportunities within the existing portfolio (farming).
• Prepare market information and support the communication of relevant insights to clients.
• Work in coordination with internal areas such as trading, risk, credit, onboarding, and compliance.
• Provide post-sale follow-up and support comprehensive client accompaniment.
• Contribute to compliance with internal policies, regulatory controls, and risk management.
• Support the implementation of commercial strategies defined by the senior team.

Requirements

• Interest in a commercial career within Financial Markets / FX Sales.
• Basic/intermediate knowledge of FX products (spot, forwards) and notions of hedging.
• Analytical skills to understand market dynamics.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks.
• High sense of responsibility, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
• Experience in building business relationships.
• Intermediate/advanced English (desirable).
• Desirable: AMIB certification (or willingness to obtain it).
