Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity. Stay up-to-date on market conditions, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that may impact our business. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products and services. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to identify new business opportunities. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, prospects, and partners.
