We are looking for a person with commercial vision, ease in negotiation, results orientation, and the ability to develop a client portfolio in the assigned zone. Job Objective Develop the assigned commercial zone through prospecting, opening, and growing wholesale clients, generating long-term commercial relationships and achieving established sales objectives. Main Activities
Prospecting and opening new clients.
Commercial visits to workshops, auto parts stores, distributors, and potential clients.
Development and growth of client portfolio.
Promotion and sale of the collision auto parts catalog.
Preparation and follow-up of quotes.
Order follow-up and sales closing.
Negotiation with clients and generation of new commercial opportunities.
Sales strategy planning for the assigned zone.
Follow-up on objectives and achievement of commercial goals.
Maintain solid and long-term commercial relationships with clients. What We Are Looking For
Completed high school or technical degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in collision auto parts sales, indispensable.
Experience in field sales, wholesale, or B2B sales.
Knowledge of the automotive and/or auto parts market.
Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
Proficiency in Excel and Office suite.
SAP knowledge desirable.
Negotiation, prospecting, and sales closing skills.
Excellent customer service and attention.
Results orientation and objective achievement.
Initiative, discipline, and commercial organization.
Live in the work zone or nearby areas.
Availability to report to offices in Tultitlan approximately twice a month. Work Zone West Zone of CDMX and State of Mexico Naucalpan, Huixquilucan, Cuajimalpa, Álvaro Obregón, Magdalena Contreras, Miguel Hidalgo, and surrounding areas. Monthly base salary 9,500 gross.
Guaranteed bonus of 3,000 monthly for the first 3 months.
Commissions for sales starting from the 4th month.
Estimated income of 15,000 to 35,000 monthly, according to commercial results.
