Retention Executive

Job Description: Receive and make calls to specialists who want to terminate the service and achieve successful retention/recovery using a strategy where we empathize our objectives with those of the specialists based on the analysis of each profile. Provide attention and offer retention alternatives to customer requests to cancel the service. Follow up with specialists who were retained to ensure excellent service. Analyze individual profiles to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized retention strategies. Identify and address any issues or concerns that may be causing specialists to consider terminating the service. Develop and maintain relationships with specialists to ensure their needs are met and they feel valued. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to retention. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve retention rates. Develop and implement processes to measure and track retention metrics. Provide regular feedback and coaching to specialists to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Identify and address any systemic issues that may be contributing to retention problems. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall work environment and reduce turnover.
