Junior Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Solution Sales: Conduct in-depth research and business development targeting local Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in import/export and e-commerce in Mexico. Provide them with a one-stop financial solution for cross-border trade collection, including products and services such as local account opening, currency exchange, settlement, tax rebate facilitation, and same-name account top-up. 2. Channel Partnership & Expansion: Establish partnerships with key players in the Mexican market to expand our business development capabilities and increase revenue streams. This includes identifying new opportunities for growth, developing strategic plans, and implementing effective sales strategies. 3. Market Intelligence & Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Mexican market, providing insights that inform business decisions. 4. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. 5. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement effective strategies for business growth and expansion. 7. Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and market trends, applying this knowledge to continuously improve business development processes and outcomes.
