Objective of the position

To be responsible for the comprehensive management of digital accounts, ensuring the correct planning, implementation, monitoring, and closing of campaigns, as well as strategic and constant communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities

• End-to-end management and monitoring of digital campaigns (Social, Programmatic, Search, Display).
• Coordination with internal teams (planning, implementation, finance, and creativity).
• Direct contact with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with deadlines, KPIs, and guidelines.
• Supervision of order loading, implementation, reconciliations, and campaign closings.
• Analysis of results, preparation of reports, and executive presentations.
• Identification of optimization opportunities and continuous improvement in campaigns.
• Ensure correct administrative management (Purchase Orders, materials, reconciliations, post-buy).

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Digital Account Executive in a media agency.
• Solid knowledge of digital media and platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic, TikTok).
• Experience in managing high-volume clients and campaigns.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis).
