avianca cargo Mexico is the cargo division of a renowned airline specializing in the air transport of goods. We offer integral logistics solutions for clients in various sectors, ensuring secure and punctual deliveries. We have an extensive network of routes and international connections, focusing on innovation, operational efficiency, and customer service.

We are looking for an Account Executive to strengthen relationships with our clients and ensure an excellent service experience.

Requirements:

University degree in International Business, Administration, Accounting, or related field.
3 years of experience in project management and process improvement.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the air cargo industry.
Experience and knowledge in commercial and/or logistics areas.
Coordinate and follow up on booking and after-sales services, ensuring compliance with service standards.
Work collaboratively with areas such as Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations.
Proficiency in Office and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
