Job description
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Finance or related field. Student or Graduate.
Minimum Experience: 5 years verifiable in similar credit, collections, and financial analysis functions.
Software Proficiency
Excel: Advanced level, dynamic tables, complex formulas, data cross-referencing, and basic macros.
ERP: Operational proficiency in Aspel SAE is essential.
Specific Knowledge: Financial statement analysis for credit granting, aging balance reports preparation, and collection negotiation techniques.
Primary Responsibilities
Credit Analysis: Evaluation, opinion, and execution of socioeconomic and financial credit studies for opening or increasing credit lines for clients.
Collections Management: Follow-up and direct negotiation with current and overdue accounts to ensure timely payment.
Balance Control: Preparation, analysis, and reconciliation of aging balances.
Reporting and Follow-up: Generation of periodic collection progress reports, cash flow projections, and key metrics for management.
Administration and Registration: Management of the Aspel SAE system for invoicing, payment application, credit notes, and client reconciliations.
