Administration and Finance Executive

At TV Azteca, we have an opportunity for you as an Administration and Finance Executive.

What will you do with us?

• Execute each of the administrative processes, preparing and reviewing documentation, reports, and processes necessary to comply with the operation and needs of the area.
• Weekly cost closing: each week, reports of the costs incurred in the different productions are downloaded, as well as the weekly payroll cost.
• Manage travel expenses and reimbursements: Through the Expenses portal, the process is carried out.
• Budget preparation, requesting them in the system and releasing them: Review production needs, integrate and validate them; once approved, request them in the system and then release them depending on the program's duration.
• Provision control: Each week, rights are provisioned to be reported at the end of the month to the corresponding area.
• Invoice registration: Upon receiving the invoice, review that it is within budget and meets fiscal requirements, then enter it into the system.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Finance.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent presentation.
• Availability for flexible hours.
• Excel - advanced.
• Basic knowledge of sports.

Preferential Experience in:

• Administration Executive or related field.
• Finance
