Requirements
6 to 12 months of experience in customer service, commercial area, or logistics.
Computer skills: Excel, email, and Office suite.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
Service attitude and good communication skills.
Main Activities
Scheduling and tracking container towing trips.
Tracking the status of units and operators.
Controlling and validating operational documentation, invoices, and trips.
Following up on operational pending tasks and reporting incidents.
Entering and updating information in internal systems.
Analyzing information related to containers, maneuvers, clients, and scheduling.
Working in coordination with the different areas involved in the operation.
Schedule
Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Salary
During training: 2,470 net per week.
Upon completion of training: 2,600 net per week.
Monthly bonus of 1,500 starting from the third month, subject to achieving objectives.
