What do you need for this position to be yours?

Promote the company's products to different clients, through calls, to achieve increased sales.

Requirements:

Basic Excel

Basic CRM

Intermediate product knowledge

Basic customer service and sales strategies

Basic customer support

Telephone management

Basic negotiation and commercial strategies

Main functions:

Schedule and list calls per day to contact both current and potential clients, to provide follow-up and support service. Review and conduct sales activities during the call, offering services and products to the client, in order to close as many sales as possible. Identify and distinguish the products we sell to the client daily, to recommend or assist with relevant product information. Prepare and present the daily report of your sales and the report of new potential clients, to keep your superiors informed.
