Senior Account Executive (Sales)

Work Location: Samara, Santa Fé | CDMX


Modality: 100% On-site


The Challenge

We are looking for a person with a strong commercial orientation to develop and grow sales of Advertising and corporate products. The challenge will be to generate new business opportunities, negotiate with companies, develop commercial solutions, and strengthen client relationships to drive regional revenue.


Your Mission

  • Develop new business opportunities with companies in the Northern Zone.
  • Negotiate promotions, packages, products, and services for corporate clients.
  • Drive the sale of advertising space and corporate products.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate special events, premieres, matinees, and alternative content with a commercial focus.
  • Follow up on contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, and collections.
  • Manage and track the region's revenue budget.
  • Oversee compliance with commercial and administrative processes related to sales.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new commercial products, services, and packages.


What will help you succeed


Education

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Administration, Business, or similar.
  • Commercial profile.


Experience

  • Experience in sales and business development.
  • Experience in negotiation and managing business relationships.
  • Experience in client service and management.
  • Experience managing a budget or commercial indicators.
  • Desirable B2B commercial experience, advertising, entertainment, media, or services.


Technical Knowledge

  • Sales strategies and processes.
  • Commercial negotiation.
  • Client and account development.
  • Preparation and follow-up of commercial proposals.
  • Management of contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, and collections.
  • Management and tracking of sales indicators/budget.
  • Proficiency in Office tools.
  • Basic conversational English.


Other Requirements

  • High results orientation.
  • Negotiation and influence skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building.
  • Ability to develop long-term business relationships.
  • Organization and follow-through.
  • Availability to serve and develop the Northern region of the country.
  • Availability to travel within the region.
