Executive of talent attraction Senior Objective of the position Ensure the attraction, evaluation and hiring of key talent for the organization, aligned to the culture, values and strategic objectives of the business, guaranteeing efficient, ethical and high-quality recruitment processes. ⸻ Main responsibilities Design and execute recruitment strategies for operational, administrative and management positions. Raise job profiles together with area leaders. Publish job postings on various platforms and social media. Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers. Develop and maintain relationships with a network of professional contacts. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. ⸻ Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of experience in talent attraction and recruitment. Strong understanding of labor market trends and industry developments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
