Assembly Line Setter (m/f/d) Assembly Lines
Job description
Would you like to do more than just operate machines, but actively ensure that production processes run smoothly? With us, you will take on a key role between assembly, maintenance, and automation. With your technical know-how, you will keep our testing, packaging, and laser marking systems in top condition.
Responsibilities
- System Operation: You will set up and program our testing, packaging, and laser marking systems and ensure an uninterrupted production flow.
- Troubleshooting: You will analyze malfunctions, perform repairs, and document the measures taken.
- Maintenance: You will perform preventive maintenance work according to defined maintenance plans and contribute to high system availability.
- Technical Support: You will support our assembly personnel with modifications and maintenance work on assembly and testing equipment.
- Collaboration: You will accompany and support operational and preventive work in the system environment.
- Optimization: You will actively contribute your ideas for improving systems, workflows, and processes.
Profile
- Technical Foundation: You have completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or have a comparable technical qualification.
- Expertise: You have good knowledge in the fields of mechanics and pneumatics. Experience in automation is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: You systematically get to the bottom of problems and find sustainable solutions.
- Digital Understanding: You work confidently with MS Office and have good IT skills.
- Programming: Ideally, you have initial programming knowledge.
- Mobility: You can operate industrial trucks and ideally have a forklift license.
- Flexibility: Working in shifts is a matter of course for you.
