These will be your tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary supervisor of approx. 170 employees

• Advising and supporting subordinate employees

• First point of contact for your employees and a defined group of clients together with the deputy

• Review of monthly personnel deployment planning in compliance with all legally relevant regulations, as well as customer requirements and specifications

• Ensuring daily operational workflow within the team

• Conducting site inspections

• Existing customer care and new customer acquisition

• Active participation and control in the development of new orders

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as an IHK certified industrial security specialist (WSFK), certified security and safety specialist (GSSK) or similar qualification, preferably in combination with several years of relevant professional experience

• Experience in personnel management, dispatching, and customer service is desirable

• Impeccable background check

• Sound user knowledge of MS Office

• Driving license class B

• Strong communication, team-oriented, customer-focused, flexible, and reliable personality with an independent and solution-oriented way of working
