As a Deployment Developer, you will focus entirely on the development of AI systems and their direct implementation with the client. You will understand processes, integrate language models, and build intelligent applications that function in everyday work.

Agentur Philipp specializes in the practical implementation of Artificial Intelligence. With a team of over 20 people, we accompany companies through the AI Marathon® with consulting, development, and optimization. We develop AI colleagues, automate processes, and connect existing systems. Our goal: no isolated prototypes, but solutions that noticeably relieve employees.

Your Tasks

• You will analyze business processes together with our clients and translate requirements into concrete AI architectures.

• You will develop AI agents, LLM integrations, automations, and intelligent applications.

• You will integrate language models and AI functions via APIs into existing ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

• You will work directly at the client's site for targeted deployments and implement AI solutions together with the specialist departments.

• You will accompany your AI models and applications from the initial prototype to productive use, including testing, documentation, and optimization.

• You will work closely with our consulting and project management teams and turn project experiences into reusable AI components.

What You Bring With You

• Practical experience in AI development and software construction, for example with Python or TypeScript.

• Experience with APIs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and connecting language models.

• Successfully implemented projects with language models, AI agents, or intelligent process automation.

• The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with unknown processes and develop pragmatic AI solutions.

• You can explain technical AI contexts understandably and enjoy working directly with clients.

• Self-responsibility, quality awareness, and willingness for project-related travel.

• Very good German skills for client collaboration and good English skills for technical documentation.
