Head of Institution (m/f/d) for the Nursery and Kindergarten Area, 80 to 100 percent

A diverse role awaits you in our Kindervilla Anna Haag, which is part of the Anna Haag Multi-Generational House. It has a spacious outdoor area and a garden close to nature. We support 55 children aged zero to six in their development in four groups in the kindergarten and nursery with an intergenerational focus. The idea of forming a vibrant community of children, seniors, and young people is lived out in our house on a daily basis.

It is important to us to offer holistic learning experiences and to promote learning with and from each other. We are particularly committed to the social and emotional development of children.

• You will purposefully lead and develop a dedicated team.
• You will manage the organization and competently develop the processes of the Kindervilla.
• You will ensure pedagogical quality and further develop our concept and pedagogical work in the group.
• You will maintain the practiced educational partnership with parents and families.

• You are interested in taking responsibility for the pedagogical, personnel, and organizational management of our institution. Applications from professionals with and without management experience are welcome.
• You are a pedagogical professional, preferably an educator (m/f/d), social pedagogue (m/f/d), or early childhood educator (m/f/d).
• You identify with our intergenerational concept.
• You bring organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and a structured and independent way of working.
• You enjoy working with people, communicate in a respectful manner, and promote trusting cooperation within the team.
• You are open to new ideas and developments.
