Installation Leadership (m/w/d)

Working and living in the heart of the Ruhr region: Our residential and care center Haus Mülheim makes it possible. As part of the Charleston family, you will accompany 167 people in need of care together with a motivated and innovative team in our institution. The location of the modern care center is characterized by castle, monastery and church towers since the Middle Ages. Our care services at Haus Mülheim include, in addition to full-time care, short-term stays and respite care for up to 14 days. We are looking for a person who can lead and support our team with their experience and expertise. As an Installation Leader (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our residential and care center. Your tasks will include: • Leading and coordinating the daily operations of the care center, including staff management and communication with residents and families; • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team; • Ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in all aspects of care provision; • Maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere within the care center; • Participating in the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives.
