Head of Establishment (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Head of Establishment (m/w/d) on behalf of a senior citizens' establishment in Bingen am Rhein, to be filled as soon as possible.
Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the establishment
Leadership and development of a motivated, interdisciplinary care team
Quality assurance and further development of care and support standards
Economic management including budgeting and resource planning
Representation of the establishment vis-à-vis residents, relatives, and cooperation partners
What we are looking for: Completed training in gerontology/healthcare plus further education in establishment leadership
Leadership experience in stationary elderly care
Business understanding and experience in budget responsibility
Communication strength and empathy in dealing with residents, relatives, and staff members
Innovative enthusiasm and passion for modern, person-centered care
