For a private provider of stationary elderly care near Tönisvorst, we are looking for a Head of Establishment (m/w/d) who, with professional competence, organizational talent, and leadership experience, takes overall responsibility for the establishment.
Ihre Aufgaben: Operational leadership of the entire facility
Monitoring and control of operational efficiency
Sales contact for relatives and residents
Representation of the establishment to the outside world
Ensuring resident care in accordance with quality and care standards as well as personnel recruitment and retention
Ihre Qualifikation: Completed training in care or a care science study
Experience in leading teams and controlling and organizing establishments
Fundamental knowledge of relevant statutory provisions, such as care and quality standards, labor law, etc.
Understanding of economic relationships and ability to control the efficiency of the establishment
Ability to constructively communicate with residents, relatives, employees, and external partners
