In the name of a care home in Fröndenberg, we are looking for you as Head of Establishment (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Organization and coordination of processes in the house
Satisfaction of quality in care
Implementation of statutory regulations and guidelines
Budget responsibility as well as cost and performance controlling
What we are looking for: Completed training in healthcare and further education to Head of Establishment
At least two years of professional experience in this position
High social competence and empathy for the needs of residents
Organizational skills and assertiveness
Teamwork and communication strength
