Leadership and development of a multi-professional team with a focus on employee satisfaction
Quality assurance and further development of care and support standards
Economic management including budget planning, controlling, and occupancy management
Representation of the establishment vis-à-vis residents, relatives, authorities, and funding bodies
Your qualification: Completed qualification as Establishment Leadership according to the Home Care Act (e.g. Nursing Service Leadership with additional qualification or comparable)
At least 2 years of professional experience in a leading position in the care sector
Economic understanding and experience in budget responsibility
Outstanding leadership skills with empathetic and motivating leadership style
Communication strength and confident appearance vis-à-vis all stakeholders
