Your tasks: Responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of the establishment
Satisfaction of high care and quality standards (including QM, MD inspections)
Budget-, occupancy- and personnel responsibility with KPI control
Leadership, development and binding of a multi-professional team
Representation of the establishment and close cooperation with relatives and cost-bearers
Your profile: Recognized qualification as Head of Establishment according to state regulations (e.g. § 80 SGB XI HeimPersV)
Completed study or further education in healthcare/management
Mult-year leadership experience in stationary care facilities
Outstanding leadership skills, communication strength and decision-making enthusiasm
Business understanding, key figure focus and implementation strength
