In the name of a seniors' institution in Übach-Palenberg, we are looking for you as Installation Leadership (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.
Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of the installation
Leadership and development of a motivated, interdisciplinary care team
Quality assurance and further development of care and support standards
Economic management including budget and resource planning
Representation of the institution against residents, relatives, and cooperation partners
Your qualification: Completed training in gerontology plus further education to Installation Leadership
Leadership experience in stationary geriatric care
Business understanding and experience in budget responsibility
Communication strength and empathy when dealing with residents, relatives, and staff members
Innovative enthusiasm and passion for modern, person-centered care
